Project Planning
Develop project schedules and budgets in order to set expectations, solicit bids from potential design team, make selection recommendation, and negotiate contracts.
Design
Lead the team of consultants (architects, designers, engineers) through the design process to ensure the complete scope is captured and budget is adhered to.
Pre-Construction
Create a bid package to solicit proposals from appropriate and qualified contractors, level the bids to make sure they cover the same scope, make contractor selection recommendations and negotiate contracts.
Construction
Manage the process throughout construction to maintain overall schedule, track costs, approve invoices, minimize costly change orders and ensure quality.
Project Close-Out
Gather and organize as-built drawings, punch list sign-off, finalize permits, lien releases, warranty information and other close-out documents.
